I believe that people always come first and have the passion and skills to bring everyone along the journey of change.

As a natural problem solver, I always look to find the root cause before implementing a solution with a people-first approach. I have proven capability in designing and developing digital solutions for real world problems, supported by a Microsoft case study (see below).

Skilled in both Change Management (APMG) and Project Management (Prince 2® & Prince 2® Agile) I bring a breadth of practical experience to a wide range of change initiatives. My ability to provide end-to-end services from planning and implementation, through to end-user training and technical support is always well received. This enables me to provide a seamless transition throughout the change without the need for other third party involvement.
